As part of our obligations, we are required to provide the following information to all current and prospective clients.

The Tax Practitioners Board maintains a public register of all registered tax and BAS agents.

Complaints Process

We are committed to resolving any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. If you have a concern regarding our services, please contact us in the first instance so we can work with you to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board: https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints

Your Rights and Obligations as a Client

As a client, you are responsible for:

– Providing complete and accurate information in a timely manner
– Maintaining required records to support your tax positions
– Reviewing documents and advice provided to you
– Advising us of any changes in your circumstances
– Complying with Australian taxation laws

Failure to meet these obligations may result in penalties, interest or other enforcement action by the Australian Taxation Office.

Our Obligations as Your Tax Practitioner

As a registered tax agent, we are required to:

– Act honestly and with integrity
– Act lawfully in your best interests
– Provide services competently and with due care
– Maintain confidentiality of your information
– Manage any conflicts of interest
– Ensure compliance with taxation laws
– Keep appropriate records of services provided

Prescribed Events Disclosure

We confirm that, within the last 5 years, no prescribed events have occurred that are required to be disclosed under the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024.

Conditions on Registration

Our registration with the Tax Practitioners Board is not subject to any conditions.
